Cancellation Policy
Booking & Cancellation Policy 1. Booking Confirmation - All bookings must be confirmed in advance and are subject to availability. - A confirmation email or message will be sent upon successful booking, detailing the journey specifics. 2. Cancellation Policy - Cancellations made **more than 24 hours** prior to the scheduled journey will receive a **full refund**. - Cancellations **within 24 hours** of the journey will not be eligible for a refund. 3. Exceptions for Flight Delays & Disruptions - If a flight is delayed or cancelled due to **unforeseen circumstances beyond the passenger’s control** (e.g., extreme weather, technical failures, airport shutdowns), the cancellation fee may be waived, and a **full refund** issued. - Proof of disruption, such as an airline cancellation notice or updated flight status, may be required to qualify for a refund. - Changes of plans due to **personal preference or voluntary flight rescheduling** do not qualify for an exception. 4. Amendments to Booking - Requests to **change pick-up time or location** must be made at least **12 hours prior** to the scheduled journey and are subject to availability. - Any amendments requested within 12 hours of the booking may not be accommodated. 5. No-Show Policy - If the passenger fails to arrive at the scheduled pick-up location without prior notice, the full fare will be charged, and no refund will be issued. 6.
